Made according to canonical Orthodox traditions. The product combines
elegant carving, deep relief and noble wood texture. This cross is intended for
use in church worship (placement on the Holy See), and can also become the
central spiritual element of a large home iconostasis.
The cross has a traditional eight-pointed Orthodox shape, inscribed in the
strict square ends of the crossbars. The figured carving creates a beautiful
effect of ancient dark wood. In the center is a detailed depiction of the
crucifixion of our Lord Jesus Christ. In the upper part is an image of the
Savior Not Made by Hands and figures of angels. In the lower part is a symbolic
image of the walls of Jerusalem and Golgotha.
